Weston Elderly Housing Committee endorses tax credit support for Drabbington Lodge project. Chair Thomas Timko and members Carol Ott, Karin Ott, and John Hennessey voted to support Virginia Weston LLC's application for Massachusetts Historic Rehabilitation tax credits. The Drabbington Lodge property has completed demolition and will begin construction with expected occupancy in spring 2027.
Occupancy is beginning at Millcreek (Modera Weston), 751-761 Boston Post Road, with initial tenants selected by lottery system.
