Drabbington Lodge demolition complete; site work begins

Building A renovation is on track for November completion; Building D window work is underway with a test window planned. Brook School Apartments holds one market-rate and one subsidized vacancy with a move-in scheduled for July 1. A resident referral program for market-rate units garnered board interest but no formal vote.
