Weston's Elderly Housing Committee approves $1,500 rent concession for resident referral program. Chair Thomas Timko and members Karin Ott, John Hennessey, and James F. Chace unanimously approved June minutes before backing the incentive for Brook School Apartments' market-rate vacancies, payable after six months of lease signing.
Property Manager Monyette Vickers reported one market vacancy with a second expected soon and one July 1 move-in. The committee also discussed Building D elevator repairs on backorder, Building A intercom upgrades, and Drabbington Lodge remaining on hold pending resolution of a permitting issue.
