WESTON — The Elderly Housing Committee met to address maintenance concerns at Brook School Apartments. Three committee members present — James F. Chace, Carol Ott, and John Hennessey — heard resident reports of an elevator outage, heating issues, and potential window and dryer-safety concerns.
Property Manager Monyette Vickers reported that the elevator has been repaired and committed to addressing other maintenance issues with HVAC and facilities specialists. The committee unanimously approved February's meeting minutes and scheduled the next meeting for April 7 at 11 a.m. on Tuesday.
