Weston ZBA Approves Love Lane Garage Replacement, Rejects Incomplete Tyler Road Application
WESTON — May 6, 2025 — Weston ZBA unanimously approves a farm garage replacement while turning away a second application for incomplete filings. Acting Chair Stephen J. Larocque presided over Tuesday's Zoom meeting, joined by members Wendy Kaplan Amour and Laura Mintz, voting 3-0 to grant a special permit to Diana Chaplin, trustee of Chase Meadows Farm Trust, to replace a deteriorating 1948 garage at 26 Love Lane with a same-footprint structure designed for farm equipment and woodworking use.
