ZBA grants two special permits for home additions

Weston ZBA unanimously approves two residential additions on Tyler and Dean roads. At 78 Tyler Road, petitioner Brendan Collins won approval to raise the garage and add new living areas, with RGFA increasing from 9.3 percent to 17.7 percent of the lot area. At 24 Dean Road, petitioners Reid Joseph and Tara Sullivan won approval to connect their house to the garage and finish the second story of the garage, adding 561 square feet and increasing RGFA from 24.4 percent to 27.3 percent on a non-conforming lot.
Both votes were unanimous.
