Weston's Zoning Board unanimously approves new home and two residential additions. The Zoning Board of Appeals granted three special permits: a new home on a 1.16-acre lot at 44 Page Road with 13.5 percent residential floor area ratio, an open porch and spa terrace at 192 Meadowbrook Road for petitioners Brian and Alison Elworthy, and a covered portico at 58 Juniper Road for petitioners Brett and Sarah Deware. The board determined each project, though involving nonconforming lot setbacks, would not prove substantially more detrimental to its neighborhood than the existing nonconforming structure.
