WESTON — Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approves special permit for Glen Road home expansion. The board unanimously granted the permit allowing Alison Mooradian and Simon Whitelaw to expand their rear porch by 445 square feet and add an eastern dormer. The property is non-conforming under Residential Zone C zoning; a 2017 board decision required board approval for any future modifications.
With Stephen J. Larocque, Jane Fisher Carlson, and Tristan Colangelo present, the board determined the addition would not be substantially more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing non-conforming home.
