KP Law attorney Jonathan Murray then guided both boards — seven members in total — through paired 3-0 and 4-0 votes to enter executive session to "discuss strategy with respect to litigation" in Nathan and Lindsay Ott versus Weston Planning Board and Nathan and Lindsay Ott versus Weston Zoning Board of Appeals, both filed in Mass Land Court in 2022 and referencing 70 Loring Road. Both boards announced they would adjourn directly from executive session without returning to open session.
