Weston ZBA Continues Summer Street Special Permit Hearing to August 9
WESTON — July 18, 2022 — Weston ZBA postpones 68 Summer Street special permit hearing after acting chair no-show. With only two of three assigned members present at the July 18 session, member Steve Laroch stepped in as acting chair after Alan Rose was unable to attend due to a last-minute personal matter. The board voted 2-0 to continue the hearing — a request by Joseph Fournier Jr. on behalf of Max and Paula Reil for a special permit for a residential addition at 68 Summer Street — to August 9, 2022, at 8:15 p.m. Jamie O'Connell, appearing for another party, confirmed the new date was acceptable.
