Weston ZBA accepts Field Pond Road withdrawal, continues Warren Place case to September

WESTON — August 10, 2021 — Weston ZBA closes Field Pond Road appeal and reschedules absent Warren Place applicant. The board voted 3-0 to accept the withdrawal of Jana Oosterhuis's appeal of a Planning Board decision on Two Field Pond Road after the parties reached a private settlement; Attorney Powell thanked members for "patience and courtesy over the last couple of months" of negotiation. On the second item, neither applicant Mohammad Alam nor representative Siam Khan appeared for a special permit hearing on a 5 Warren Place addition, having missed an August 2 deadline for revised plans. Acting Chair Steve Wagenseil, with members Natalie Sawyer and Sujit Sitole, continued the hearing 3-0 to September 14 at 7 p.m., with revised setback, RGFA, elevation, grade and attic-use materials due to Zoning Administrator Valerie Gary by September 8.
