School Committee members attended to urge the board's support. A consent agenda covering an updated comprehensive emergency management plan, Police Department regulation changes, and all Select Board licenses for calendar year 2026 was also approved. The board tabled adoption of an updated investment policy — the first revision since 2007 — pending further drafting.
