Weston Select Board holds annual reorganization and approves historic office lease. Members unanimously elected John F. McDonald as Chair and Alfred L.
Aydelott as Clerk. The board approved a special permit for Brine Technologies to operate a salt brine equipment company office at the Fiske Law Office property, subject to planning board review. The board also unanimously appointed Dana Vickey to the Tree Advisory Group and authorized the Town Manager to amend an outdated historic preservation restriction on 823 Boston Post Road that requires homeowners to name the town as an additional insured—a requirement no modern insurance company will honor.
