Board of Assessors Elects John Hennessey as Chairman

Weston Board of Assessors elects John Hennessey as chairman. Four of five assessors were present at the May 12 remote meeting: M. Dana Gould, John Hennessey, Tamilyn M.
Liesenfeld, and Paul L. Zorfass, with Principal Assessor Eric Josephson. The Board approved prior meeting minutes 3-0 and elected Hennessey as chairman 3-0.
Principal Assessor Josephson reported that 54 Westerly Road was deemed denied on May 2, and the Board reviewed Calendar Year 2025 sales data, which will form the basis for fiscal year 2027 assessed valuations. Weston home sales prices continue to increase at a slower rate than in previous years, Josephson reported.
