Weston Housing Trust Approves $48K in Regional Services Funding

Weston Housing Trust approved $48,000 for regional services and four home repair grants at its January 7 meeting. Chair Thomas Timko led the hybrid gathering, which unanimously backed the Community Preservation Committee's request for Regional Housing Services Office support. Trustees also approved home repair grant applications for deed-restricted affordable homes covering projects including chimney repair, furnace replacement, flooring work, and exterior repairs.
The Trust is simultaneously exploring a vacant site at 0 Hilltop Road as a potential location for new small-scale affordable housing following a purchase inquiry from the property owner's attorney.
