Weston's Affordable Housing Trust approves $160,000 warrant article for spring town meeting. The board unanimously backed the appropriation to support future home repair grants for deed-restricted affordable homes. In a separate unanimous vote, the trust also approved a $20,000 repair grant for a deed-restricted home with water damage and worn flooring.
Chair Thomas Timko is advancing a potential new development at 0 Hilltop Road using the state's Chapter 40B zoning pathway, pending written counsel opinion.
