Weston assessors deny four tax abatement applications. The Board of Assessors, with Chair John Hennessey, member M. Dana Gould, and member Phyllis R.
Kominz present, voted unanimously 3-0 to deny each of four fiscal year 2026 real estate tax abatement applications: 133 Boston Post Road, 0 Hobbs Brook Road (Map 19 Lot 63), 0 Hobbs Brook Road (Map 24 Lot 63-10), and 0 Winter Street/Waltham (Map 9 Lot 1). Principal Assessor Eric Josephson presented the applications, filed by the February 2 deadline. The board discussed but did not formally act on three additional applications.
