Weston assessors approve $144,700 Fields Pond abatement. The Board of Assessors voted unanimously to grant an abatement for 17 Fields Pond Road following an April 9 inspection that downgraded the property's building condition from excellent to good, reducing the assessed valuation from $1,970,100 to $1,825,400. Chair John Hennessey, M.
Dana Gould, Phyllis R. Kominz, Tamilyn M. Liesenfeld, and Paul L.
Zorfass voted 5-0 for the abatement motion, made by Kominz and seconded by Hennessey. The Board also approved its March 10 minutes by a 4-0 vote, with Zorfass abstaining.
