The evaluation praised strong instructional leadership and operations management but identified communication and transparency as key growth areas, mirroring themes from the community survey. The committee unanimously approved a $50,000 donation from Weston Athletics Boosters for the Field 1 Project as part of a broad consent agenda. An external review of special education programs highlighted strong inclusion and in-district placement rates.
Two draft policies on immigration enforcement responses and physical restraint procedures were introduced for first reading, with votes anticipated at future meetings.
