Weston Permanent Building Committee advances Fire Department feasibility study to design phase. Committee Chair James N. Polando reported the town has retained Tecton Architects and Vertex as Owner's Project Manager to design and manage the project through bidding, with completion targeted before the 2027 annual Town Meeting.
The Select Board approved a unified package calling for a new primary station at the High School/Middle School campus and renovation of the Center Station to serve as a secondary facility. The committee also reviewed four additional capital projects, with the Memorial Pool Renovations scheduled for May 15 completion and High School Field Number 1 Lighting work extended to early 2027.
