Recreation Commission Appoints MacDonald to Master Plan Committee

Weston Recreation Commission unanimously appoints Trevor W. MacDonald to represent it on the master plan steering committee. MacDonald was elected in a unanimous vote to fill a vacancy that had stood since Melissa Crocker's resignation.
Recreation Director Chris Fitzgerald reported that fundraising for Weston High School Field 1 lighting had reached its goal, with MacDonald preparing a Town Meeting presentation featuring comments from student athletes. The commission also discussed advancing a Burchard Park playground design-fee request for the May vote.
