Weston's Top September Sale Hits $2.9 Million as Price Range Widens

Weston recorded 18 property transfers with the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds from Sept. 4 to Oct. 3. Nine have a recorded sale price, ranging from $874,500 to $2,900,000 with a median of $1,430,000; the other nine are still awaiting price data, typical of the registry's reporting lag. The month's top sale was 24 Trailside Road at $2,900,000, followed by 416 Conant Road at $2,300,000. Four streets, Newton, Merriam, Conant and Boston Post, each saw two sales. Eight of the 18 transfers were between family members or into trusts. With half the month's sales still missing price figures, the full market picture for September remains incomplete.
