Weston Property Transfers Top $4.85 Million as Median Sale Holds at $2 Million
Nineteen properties recorded transfers in Weston from Aug. 14 to Sept. 12, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds records. Nine listed sale prices, ranging from $874,500 for a Viles Street condominium to $4.85 million for a Baldwin Circle home, with a median of $2 million. The period's top sale was 6 Baldwin Circle at $4.85 million on Aug. 26. Ten of the 19 transfers, including properties on Conant Road, Concord Road and Wellesley Street, moved between family members or into trusts and did not disclose a price, a pattern common in family and estate-related deed filings. With fewer than half of transfers reporting a price, the data offers a partial view of the month's market activity.
