Weston recorded 20 property sales between July 24 and Aug. 22, with 13 disclosing a sale price ranging from $400,000 to $5,893,000 and a median of $1,680,000. The top sale was 56 Cart Path Rd at $5,893,000 on Aug. 12, followed by 300 Glen Rd at $4,950,000. Seven of the 20 recorded deeds, all lacking a disclosed price, were transfers within the same family or into a trust, accounting for every undisclosed-price transaction in the dataset. Church, Newton and Wellesley streets each saw two recorded sales during the period.
