The period's top sale was 56 Cart Path Rd, which sold for $5,893,000 on Aug. 12 to buyer Phoebe Mei. Half of all recorded transfers, 10 of 20, moved property between parties sharing the same family name, mostly into revocable or family trusts, and none of those had a sale price recorded. Conant Road, Livermore Lane and Wellesley Street each saw two transfers during the period.
