Weston Records 20 Property Transfers as Trust Sales Outnumber Traditional Deals
Weston recorded 20 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with 10 sales disclosing a price ranging from $812,500 to $5,893,000 and a median of $2,245,000. The period's top sale was 56 Cart Path Rd, which sold for $5,893,000 on Aug. 12 to buyer Phoebe Mei. Half of all recorded transfers, 10 of 20, moved property between parties sharing the same family name, mostly into revocable or family trusts, and none of those disclosed a sale price. Conant Road, Livermore Lane and Wellesley Street each saw two transfers during the period.
