Larocque, Associate Member Laura Mintz, and Associate Member Tristan Colangelo — voted unanimously to extend the special permit hearing after petitioner John Hadley and abutter Sheila of 91 Concord Road clashed over whether a recent arborist walkthrough had been adequately documented. Hadley agreed to add the abutter as an additional insured on his $5 million liability policy and to write a letter accepting responsibility for any tree damage, but resisted a funded escrow account. The board cleared several outstanding technical items, accepting the project's revised Residential Gross Floor Area figure of approximately 12.42 percent, with both Mintz and Colangelo noting the rear placement of the addition reduced its street-facing impact.
