Weston ZBA continues Field Pond appeal and Warren Place special permit to Aug. 10

WESTON — July 13, 2021 — Weston ZBA continues both July 13 hearings to Aug. 10 awaiting outside sign-offs. Acting Chair Steve LaRock, with members Natalie Sawyer and Sujit Sitole, granted attorney Frank Powell a 30-day continuance on Yana Oosterhuis's appeal of a Planning Board site plan denial at 2 Field Pond Road, after Powell reported a settlement reached with Town Counsel Alex Weisheit on "all material terms" but not yet signed by the Planning Board. On a special permit for a two-story rear addition at 5 Warren Place, architect Siam Khan was sent back to recompute residential gross floor area against neighboring lots; his proposal raises RGFA from 3,286 to 3,888 square feet on a 23,365-square-foot lot, moving the ratio from 14.06 percent to 16.64 percent. Both 3-0 continuances run to Aug. 10, with a Warren Place revised package due Aug. 2.
