Weston School Building Committee names Memmott to at-large seat, sets $3M budget target. The committee voted 4 to 1 to appoint construction-management specialist Philip Memmott, with Kenneth Newberg, Maija Cirulis-Gooch, Dan Colli, and Jane Li supporting and Rose Li opposed. The committee unanimously approved its formal submission to the Massachusetts School Building Authority and recommended requesting $3 million from Special Town Meeting for the Owner's Project Manager and feasibility study, citing insufficient funding guidance from prior MSBA-approved studies.
The Educational Program Questionnaire is nearing completion for committee review on May 7.
