Weston sale prices span $860,000 to $6.9 million in latest deed filings

WESTON -- Twenty deeds recorded in Weston between June 19 and July 18 ranged from $860,000 to $6.9 million, with a median sale price of $2.85 million among the transactions that disclosed a price. Six of the 20 recorded transfers moved property from an individual owner into that same person's revocable trust rather than to a new buyer.

MARKET OVERVIEW

The registry recorded 20 property transfers in Weston during the period, but only 11 included a disclosed consideration amount. Among those 11, prices ranged from $860,000 to $6.9 million, with a median of $2.85 million.
