The month's top sale was 7 Pollywog Lane at $4,150,000, sold by Eric and Sarah Svenson to the LR Pollywog Trust. Ten of the 17 deeds, a majority, were transfers into family trusts or entities and showed no recorded price. Brook Road was the only street with multiple sales. With fewer than half of all deeds carrying price data, the period's market tone is difficult to characterize beyond the raw transaction count.
