Weston Planning Board Approves 473 Concord Decision at Brief Special Session

WESTON — July 31, 2025 — Weston Planning Board unanimously approved a site decision for 473 Concord Road and adopted July 2 meeting minutes at a brief special session Thursday. Chair Leslie Glynn led the four-member quorum — also including Vice Chair Alex Selvig, Timothy Shawn Lanier, and Jing Yu — through both votes without dissent, with all edits from Yu and Glynn incorporated into the 473 Concord decision before passage. The applicant now faces a mandatory 20-day appeal period before proceeding. In an unscheduled discussion, Glynn noted she had raised the board's expectation of direct engagement with the Woods Restaurant permitting team "at two meetings now, two public meetings," after the restaurant's representatives also failed to appear before the Historical Commission the prior week. The board will not meet in August.
