Weston working group reviews 20-unit Riverside housing project design. The Riverside Housing Working Group reviewed site plans and preliminary designs on January 9, discussing affordability requirements and development constraints, including a septic system that cannot be relocated. Planning Board representative Leslie Glynn suggested a minimum 10 percent affordability requirement to meet state Subsidized Housing Inventory requirements.
Town Planner Imai Aiu will provide an RFP Word document and upload environmental reports and surveys before the group's next meeting on January 29 at noon.
