WESTON — The Weston Board of Library Trustees unanimously approved April minutes and heard updates on long-range facility planning and labor negotiations. Library Director Jenn Warner reported that the Facilities Department will develop a priority list targeting the Children's section for renovation, potentially including wall removal and storage reconfiguration in the conference room. Union contract negotiations commence this week as the current agreement expires June 30, 2026, with three-year terms standard.
If the FY27 budget passes at this evening's Town Meeting, the AIC Manager salary will shift to town funding, with remaining AIC staff paid through programming and rental income.
