Planning Board member Leslie warned that a pending state YIGBY bill, which passed the Massachusetts House earlier in the week and would allow religious landowners to build 30 to 50 units per acre at 20 to 25 percent affordability, could constrain local control just as Weston nears completion of its Chapter 40B obligations.
