Weston Zoning Board approves two-story addition at 8 Derby Lane. The board unanimously granted a special permit to Nikolas and Nicole Charos to replace an existing three-season porch with a two-story addition adding 346 square feet of office and storage space. The board found that the addition does not encroach further into required setbacks than the existing nonconforming home and would not negatively impact the neighborhood.
The board also continued a hearing on a proposed 6,820-square-foot replacement home at 44 Page Road to April 28, requesting clarification on lot-area discrepancies and additional design information from petitioner Jinshan Shen.
