Chair Adam Newman called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m. via Zoom and advised that legal counsel recommended postponement of the fiscal year 2027 budget public hearing and all scheduled business due to forecasted poor weather and safety concerns. Ms.
Daina Selvig moved to adjourn and carry over all items to the next regular meeting on Tuesday, February 3, 2026; Mr. Tiao Xie seconded. The committee voted unanimously in favor.
