WESTON — Planning Board approves residential site plans while deferring Regis College hearing. The board voted unanimously to continue a contentious public hearing on a Regis College residential development at 300 Wellesley Street to March 4, with Chair Leslie Glynn requesting additional peer-review studies on traffic and environmental impacts after more than a dozen residents voiced concerns about scale, traffic, and environmental effects. Member Al Aydelott noted that the required two-thirds vote for the zoning amendment was highly unlikely.
The board unanimously approved site plans for 56 Ridgeway, 44 Page Road, and 35 Bemis Road, and a tree removal plan for 501 Glen Road.
