WESTON — July 12, 2023 — Weston Planning Board closes one hearing, flags a 33 percent retaining wall overrun, and launches master plan effort. At its July 12 meeting, the board voted 4-0 to close the public hearing on 461 Conant Road after the applicant's team presented revisions preserving six additional trees and tightening the construction footprint to 35 percent of the 2.4-acre lot, though abutter David Luzzi warned that more than 60 percent of a wildlife migration corridor would be eliminated.
