Weston recorded 20 property transfers between July 10 and Aug. 8, according to South Middlesex Registry of Deeds data. Of those, 15 had a sale price recorded, ranging from $400,000 to $4.95 million, with a median of $2.48 million. The month's top sale was 300 Glen Rd. at $4.95 million, sold July 29 to Xiaowen Feng and Wenjing Liao. Newton Street saw two sales, the only street with more than one transaction. Four deeds moved property into trusts bearing the same owner's name, a pattern consistent with estate planning. The data shows a broad price spread across tiers, with no single tier dominating recorded activity.
