Weston recorded 18 deeds between May 31 and June 29, 2026, with prices disclosed on 13 transfers; sale prices ranged from $20,000 for a Pelham Road land parcel to $4,900,000 for 9 Sanderson Ln, and the median among disclosed transactions was $1,925,000. The month's standout sale was 9 Sanderson Ln, where Charles Francis William Slingsby and Martina Helena Slingsby sold to Lou Shengling, trustee of the Shelith Trust, for $4,900,000, followed closely by 159 Newton St at $4,600,000. Five of the 18 recorded deeds showed no consideration amount and several involved transfers between the same individuals and their trusts. Excluding the outlier land-parcel sale, every disclosed residential transaction exceeded $1.3 million, consistent with Weston's position as one of Greater Boston's higher-priced markets.
