Weston Art and Innovation Center board approves new 3D printer purchase. The $1,700 equipment investment, informed by a review at Autodesk by board member Adam Day and AIC Studio Technician Abby Shenker with input from Ian Roy, will offer multi-color and multi-material printing to address patron demand. Manager Eliza Eddy reported December class revenue of $6,025 and donations of $3,255, with January programming projected to generate $10,500.
The board also authorized up to $300 per month in petty cash for operational expenses and recorded the resignation of board member Renuka due to family health obligations.
