Weston AIC board approves expansion, library funding proposal

Weston Art and Innovation Center board votes to add two members. The advisory board unanimously approved the two new positions to address gaps in fundraising, finance, and operational management after one member indicated reduced availability. The board also unanimously backed a funding proposal to the Weston Public Library Board of Trustees to address cash flow from a new Special Events Coordinator.
The board finalized a revised fall operating schedule with new Tuesday public hours, Saturday operations extended to 7 p.m., and Friday hours shortened to 2 p.m.
