Water tank working group launches with engineer rebutting town meeting attacks

Wright Pierce engineer Amy Poppers said MEPA staff have informally walked all three tank sites and called the alternatives analysis among the most thorough they have reviewed. Williamson said the December no-vote likely cost the town a year in the state revolving fund queue for 2.4 percent financing.
