The panel voted unanimously to submit its 18-month work summary to the Town Manager's office, with Melanie Larson abstaining on prior minutes. Working drafts of the Traffic and Circulation Plan and Municipal Facilities and Services report prompted discussion of pedestrian connectivity, e-bike regulation, water service priorities, enrollment projections, and the Arts and Innovation Center's financial sustainability.
The group will reconvene March 23 and schedule a separate meeting with the Barrett group to address demographic data.
