WESTON — The Town Meeting Study Committee decided to reach out to five town committees about improving the Town Meeting process. The committee determined to send a draft letter to the Select Board, Planning Board, School Committee, Finance Committee, and Community Preservation Committee, requesting 20-minute meetings in late October and early November. Members planned to draft a final report based on feedback.
The committee discussed the possibility of holding a public forum and received an update on the Massachusetts Moderators Association's potential support for remote participation in Town Meetings.
