Weston Select Board referred mixed-use senior housing zoning to Planning Board for hearings. HYM Investment Group's proposal includes 9 units per acre, 50 percent open space with 10 percent preserved, 10 percent affordable housing (approximately 20 units), and building heights of 37 to 52 feet. Revers expressed concern about the affordable housing percentage and requested Regis College representation at future meetings to discuss the college's financial situation. The board also unanimously appointed Diana Chaplin and Siisi Adu-Gyamfi to the Housing Production Plan Steering Committee and Naidan "Rose" Li to the Sustainability Committee for a term ending June 30, 2027.
