Weston School Committee approves superintendent's Proficient evaluation and 3 percent FY27 salary increase. Superintendent Dr. Karen Zaleski received the overall rating and authorization for the raise effective July 1, 2026, following the Committee's annual performance review.
The Committee also established administrator compensation salary bands using data from 16 comparable districts and approved a Principal Innovation and Enrichment Grant pilot program allocating $25,000 across the three schools for enrichment initiatives, with unspent funds forfeited by October 31.
