Weston Planning Board delays Regis College zoning vote to fall. Planning Board Chair Leslie Glynn and the board voted unanimously to continue the hearing on the 300 Wellesley Street zoning bylaw amendment to March 18 and agreed to recommend that the Select Board postpone the vote from Spring Town Meeting to Fall Town Meeting. The board cited insufficient time to review the proposal from developer HYM for senior-residential units on Regis College's campus and said it would commission an independent traffic study.

The board also approved revised Multifamily Lighting Rules and Regulations.
