WESTON — Planning Board approves Ridgeway site plan, continues Regis College hearing. The board unanimously approved a 12,332-square-foot house at 56 Ridgeway with conditions, including a requirement that the owner meet with neighbors on a proposed tennis court location. The board unanimously voted to continue a Zoning Bylaw Amendment hearing for Regis College to April 15, with Chair Leslie Glynn noting the applicant had not prepared required documents.
The Fire Station Working Group presented preliminary plans for a $41 million to $52 million station on Field 13 at the Middle School entrance, which Fire Chief Justin Woodside said would reduce response times.
