Weston Elderly Housing Committee approves Building A renovation plan. The committee voted unanimously to approve Building A Garden Level renovation plans for submission to the Community Preservation Act funding process ahead of a spring town meeting decision, according to Chair Tom Timko. Property Manager Monyette Vickers reported two market unit vacancies at Brook School Apartments.
Manor on North has received final permitting and funding. The Millbrook development at 751 Boston Post Road is under construction with possible late-summer occupancy, while a 16-unit 40B project on Route 117 is also under construction.
